Celgene has (or had) a Right of First Refusal over certain applications of MSB's products. The ROFR initally expired on 10 October 2015, but MSB announced just after that date that it had been extended by 6 months. That means the new expiry data has passed now - it doesn't seem to be clear when exactly it expired - some say 10 April, some 13 April, some 16 April, but I think it's clear we have passed the relevant date now. I for one am also extremely surprised that there has been no announcement yet - I agree that even if it's to say that negotiations are ongoing or that it has been extended again, then at least we know where things sit.
