Except Celgene haven't left the scene! They're still in negotiations with MSB.
...and snap up a bargain and a do a deal to cherry pick Tier 1 products and/or any emerging new products.
What? you mean Celgene, instead of locking in a JV would buy the entire company?
Have you looked at how MSB is structured to insure against hostile takeovers?
What about the top 20? Are they all hostile and ready to sell off to the cheapest and nearest bidder.
