Celima has a market cap of $30M with $5M in cash after today capital raising which was in oversubscribed at 5.5 cents.
They are in the right neighbourhood hydrocarbon and liquids rich Montney ( est 449tcf of gas , 14.4 bn barrels condensate and 1.1. bn barrels of oil over 130,000 km2)whereby 5bn investment has been invested and management owns 20% of outstanding equity.
Celima lands comprise of 72,000 acres of drilling rights , CE1 has right to earn up to 55%.
