Our number one shareholder Linnaeus Capital Partners as taken a substantial strategic investment of 15 million EURO
into Dias Aquaculture.
Dias is amongst the 3 largest aquaculture companies in Greece, they are into fish farming units and hatcheries, fish feed factorys as well as fish processing plants throughout Europe.
They have 31 fish farming sites and are distributeing seafood products to more then 20 countries worldwide, delivering approx 400 tons of fish per week all year long.
This company has made many acquisitions of other aquaculture companies, is CAQ on their radar ?. I don't think so.
The company has said it has completed initial due diligence on a potentially lucrative production opportunity in Europe, and that one of our team is currently in Europe advancing this opportunity, is there a connection here with our number one shareholder Linnaeus ?.
I think it will be very interesting going forward for Cell.
