Have a look at the vaccine hesitancy in the US - looks like there'll be plenty of potential patients for a life saving treatment for the most severely affected patients - still over a quarter of the population there either unwilling or uncertain about getting vaccinated.
Russia is nearer to 50% unwilling or uncertain - I noted that Novartis included a number of Russian hospitals as trial sites in their failed Covid trials - again shouldn't take long to fill the required trial numbers if NVS are involved.
