The inability to be critical whatsoever of a company that time and time again fails to accomplish its goals is a very odd behaviour.
You can still support and invest in a company yet disagree with some of its methods.
There's nothing wrong with reflecting on how they could have done things differently.
It's a great way of preventing these things from happening in the future.
