That is a misunderstanding of the data.
As more people in a population are vaccinated, a higher proportion of those hospitalised will be vaccinated.
If 100% of people are vaccinated, 100% of people hospitalised will be vaccinated. But the absolute numbers hospitalised will be lower, and the demographic of those hospitalised will be different.
So the market is still shrinking. Which is a good thing.
