It reeks of a conspiracy to slow the process down
So far adding 1-2 years …so it probably has worked to a certain extent and as well it puts the company under pressure which causes all sorts of flow on effects
Companies under pressure react in different ways to one where everything goes to plan
It is a gripping yarn where there is a race now to get FDA tick plus complete the agreement with Novartis or be forced to raise capital at a low share price with 56+ million shorts on your register
