I heard a story about a man in his early 40's who was intubated for two weeks after contracting Covid. He is now on a rehabilitation ward, unable to construct sentences and unable to mobilize as his muscles has deteriorated due to the combination of serious disease and no movement. He will need rehabilitation for months hoping to regain some sense of normality to his life. No chance of him working any time soon.
