I have to say that I shudder & cringe when I hear high profile epidemiologists like DR Nick Coatsworth praise the therapeutic qualities of Merck's red pill despite the fact that it has not been approved in the US or here .....'in the absence of any other viable therapies ??????' He's been on TV and in the media since the beginning of the pandemic. He clearly knows nothing about the advancements in MSC trial data or Melbourne based Mesoblast. I have to ask the question why ? There he was and Scomo as well, quoting the amazing 50% survival rate of the red pill when taken at the beginning of the virus.......our trial data leaves that in its wake.....not even a veiled reference to the fact that we have one Australian biotech making great inroads in this space. It's like we've fallen into a very deep pit sometimes......Do we not have a marketing Dept who might be directed to send an email, text message or perhaps invite Nick to a lunch ?????
