Patents were discussed in our recent conference call Operational Highlights and Financial Results for the Period Ended September 30, 2021 (around the 2 minute mark).

My transcription is as follows:

"We have a very strong global intellectual property patent estate which puts us in a leadership position in the mesenchymal stromal space globally with a patent portfolio of over 1,000 patents with protection extending 2040. This provides strong protection around composition of matter, around manufacturing and equally as important protection around every indication that we target. When outside our core commercial areas we MAY CONSIDER granting rights to our portfolio to third parties who require access to our patents to commercialise their particular products and we have already entered into those type of partnerships which result in ROYALTIES on a world wide basis back to us" (SI).

So licencing our patented technology outside our core areas to third parties would see royalties coming back to us according to SI at the recent webcast.
