It appears the DREAM-HF trial definitely presents a conundrum for the FDA.
Your probably right but it sickens me that a “conundrum” is what the FDA may find themselves in.
If a trial with the magnitude of Dream HF was run by a large pharma testing a pharmaceutical (with side affects of course) with the same results they would be touted as heros and have a blockbuster treatment approved straight off the bat.
What a joke.
