@stanjupiter Not sure faecal transplants is desperation. There is increasing evidence that a healthy microbiome releases immunomodulating factors that will down regulate unhelpful inflammation. Microbiomes are disrupted by antibiotics and a diet low in soluble fibre. Check out Finch Therapeutics, I listened to a podcast recently that was really interesting. Could end up having a similar MOA to MSCs but at much lower cost.
