Here's a cautionary tale for FT - my friend had FT as a last ditch treatment back when he was in very dire straits with IBD the treatment was successful but due to the poor state of his bowel the treatment almost killed him as the bowel wasn't prepared for solid stools and he ended up with in ICU with septic shock and 50% chance of living through - thankfully he made it but something to think about with FT.

which suggests that FT should be combined with Rem-L. Rem-L could treat the inflammation and tolerise the M1 to M2 etc.. while FT changes the microbiome to more healthy floras. Unfortunately, both treatments are not approved, thus combining them will only be done in some distance future
