Never thought I’d see the day when I agreed with something you posted. Credit where it’s due that is a pretty honest critique of your own postings today. I am assuming that it was mainly directed towards this pearler….

For one that is so well educated you would be well aware that any costs associated with using MSB’s treatments would invariably be paid for by the large health insurance funds in the US. Bear in mind, that these same funds had agreed to the cost of treatment for aGVHD prior to the FDA decision. These large funds, as you know, make assessments on how cost effective treatments are before determining whether to authorise such use. Please explain how this would bankrupt the health system?
