Six patients were removed from ventilation and others were being weaned off or had remained stable — a welcome development when most patients who need ventilator support do not survive.IMO , that once initial efficacy is demonstrated the FDA will approve for wider use immediately due to unprecedented events , however, he also understands the need to tie a big red bow around the results in the form of formal trial and report, to ensure other Governments and organisations understand the science and results therefore validating our successful treatment of final stage ARDS due to Corona Virus. This is a formality IMO. As SI has been quoted, "Corona is not going away" and as we have all heard on the news feeds that victims have contracted the virus more than once.

Re point two, NY and America not only Governments in world that would be very interested eg what if Indonesian or Indian Governments as examples were to put in an order for a million dosagages upfront.
