I just had a look at the GRAVITAS 301 trial, For anyone wanting to see how MSB compared to itacitinib I have a few screen grabs below. The first is from the mesoblast website explaining their results, the remainder are from the GRAVITAS trial. It would be great if mesoblast results were published properly in journals so we could review them!

different patient groups obviously (paeds vs adults) but it is interesting that the survival rates are very similar between MSB’s reported data, itacitinib and placebo for high grade GVHD. Not sure how adult survival compares to kids in general though, maybe someone else out there knows?
