Personally I wouldn't mind 1x106 /kg MSC with Paxlovid anti viral if I ever got Covid as "an infectious disease with a bunch of inflammation" to my ears sounds like a pervasive systemic cardiovascular inflammatory syndrome. Bung lungs it aint anymore. Timing and damage at time of dosing appears critical for efficacy.
