So I read this as the FDA fully restructuring in the knowledge that more gene therapy will soon be on the market - they’ve made the decision to approve Rex-l already & they’re getting their ducks in order before announcing it.
Old Mate Wilson Bryan who is coincidentally “retiring” doesn’t agree with the new way forward in gene therapy or accelerated approval so has been pushed out.
So I read this as the FDA fully restructuring in the knowledge...
