This is great news for investors of MSB!!
It removes the uncertainty surrounding cash flow which was the main allure for the parasitic shorters.
Also the cost of an equity partner now may have been too costly compared to the load they have secured. Because they would have had to give up equity.
The interest payments will be staggered as the drawdowns occur so initially $3.5 m then up to $4.5m and finally to around the $7m pa. But this buys MSB time to get to market and or secure the right partner at the right price.
When revenues start coming in for GVHD of hundred millions dollars and more I don’t think paying a $3.5 m interest or even $7.5 m interest bill will be a problem.
Go MSB. Now concentrate on what you do best.
Up nearly 5% in US. Equivalent to $1.96.
Hopefully we can break through $2 today and stay there this time.
