Yea I felt the response to it was underwhelming. Maybe people genuinely missed it, or most don't understand what it means.
I also think @sailnyssa post (post 68683778 Linky) went under the radar despite receiving 50+ Thumbs up. Early provisional approval seems to be another pathway for a number of things:"(5) The approval pathway established under this Act will allow for the use of real-world evidence and scientifically substantiated surrogates, other than those previously validated by the FDA, to predict the clinical benefits and ultimately support provisional approval."
Potentially faster approval, faster/cheaper batches, zero side effects... If I didn't already feel I was currently at my limit I would buying more at these prices.
