True ... perhaps GG is building a stake so he has more of a say with a potential suitor so he can negotiate to peel off the CLBP IP in the deal for SurgCenter ? Who knows anymore in the pharma sector ?
You could be on the money with point 5 ...
.... and IMO if there is going to be a corporate play I am betting it will be sooner rather than later as the potential suitor wouldn't want the company to get any momentum so probably no more than 6-9 months
