I was an investor in a junior oil explorer who got ahead of themselves, declined to sell down their stake in a field where they found oil and wanted to go it alone for the 'roads paved in gold' scenario.

What we can't tell at this moment is whether MSB haven't signed a new commercial partnering agreement because:

1. There is no interest
2. The interest is not at the right price
3. The interest is not their preferred indication OR
4. MSB want to go it alone until approval to improve the value of any deal

What any deal does bring is credibility.

It takes MSB from a group of people with a great prospective concept to a group of people who have sold effectively the concept to very smart third parties willing to invest big $$$.

I'd like us to get a deal done now just to provide confidence in the concept and management.

Footnote: Junior explorer became overextended, failed, and was sold off for cents in the dollar!
