all of that is fine,
FDA being put in the spotlight, doesn't matter to them, as there is no mechanisium to really audit themselve, as they are law unto themselves....how pull them inline....
only by replacing someone for political reasoning.

a member quit due to approval, saying the FDA is corrupt if a certain drug got approval a couple of years ago,
several time with MSB they have promise approval but them change the goal posts,
they approve drug that in trial shown to be unsafe and don't work,
headline, after headline about the FDA not doing there job,

if it works and safe = approval... siimple but they can't do the simple. agendas?!

do folks recall the minutes after the 9-1 vote that teh members of the FDA were given 3 chances to nomination any confilict of interest... saying NO but they had conflicts of interest being involved in conflicting companies
