well JAK and others have their place here. But still MSB won't go for first line treatment ... if the big failure of steroids is in the cards then would strategy 101 mean MSB focus on relaxing steroids ? why just a 2nd line? surely MSB wouldn't just want a FDA registration for stem cells to hang a platform banner on from a second one treatment for very sick kids?
