When has MSB ever had and kept a cash reserve?
In my tenure with Silviu and his gang , money accrued was always utilised to further trials etc.
Trial designs etc might have been off, ( always easy to say with benefit of hindsight , it is a pioneering approach that challenges conventional med afterall ) however, one thing Silviu is good at, is sourcing money ….
