Secondly, the proposed mechanistic link is much more obscure.

1) MSCs reduce LV inflammation - theoretical mechanism, uncertain how or if they do this, or for how long, as MSCs are a transient cell population
2) How decreased inflammation increases "contractility and forward flow"
3) And how the above reduces heart attacks, stroke and death

Very much a mechanism that doesn't make sense. Again, I sound like a broken record, but the expert cardiology panel said the exact same thing when the results were released.

Maybe you know more than them. You sure know how to copy and paste an argument, that's for sure!
