Many thanks @stanjupiter for that reminder of my (semi-) jocular post of 5 years ago. Looking now at our cash runway and depressingly slow progress to commercialisation I see some sense in my long-ago rambling.

Of course, SI can stand behind the counter and display MSB's wares with all the promises in the world but nothing will happen until the Federal Delaying Administration gives the tech a tick.

But, when they do tick it (they will), how to take maximum advantage in the soonest time? MSB's science, buttressed by patents, offers far more (almost infinitely more) opportunities for monetisation than one company could possibly take advantage of. Like, any pathology caused by inflammation.

So, rather than develop treatments one by one, addressing indications painfully slowly, each one requiring proof of benefit, why not throw the doors open to big pharma and say we have the approval for the science, we have the patents over application of the science? So, you guys can identify the opportunities, pay for the product development and sales, and pay us for the privilege.

So far, MSB has only looked at a very limited range of, admittedly blockbuster market, indications. It would take many years for MSB to work over all the opportunities. I like the idea of owning the field and selling or renting patches while observing from a deckchair.

Treat our IP as a commodity...You can't make steel without iron ore. Get it?
