Hi bedger I very much appreciate your posts here on msb and occ I am a 69 year old male who has worked in the meat industry all my life as a beef boner I got covid in November 2022 and have not been well since since I got covid I have lost virtually all the muscle in my back have had shingles twice have got long covid and cronaaaic fatigue syndrome I have 3 ice baths a week huge respritity problems and bowel obstructions I have had all my covid injections and boosters 6 in total I am under a spine surgeon and neuro surgeon at epworth in Richmond I have been told not to get covid again or else I won't leave the hospital so I virtually dont leave the house any more thankyou cheers
