OK, I just read the article provided by @07Gerard and it looks pretty sound to me. Just sloppy about "clinical work". The real point of the objections here is a few words earlier in the article - "the company is located in Australia, not in the United States". Just take out the next bit about clinical work being done down under and the quality improves greatly
