Do you actually read any of the research papers published by the academic and research side of your declared profession (so often kindly posted in these forums) on a subject you laud your professional insight over all? There are hundreds of papers exploring the various mechanisms of actions from the research side of your professional peers; the trophic effects; the immunomodulatory effects; the inhibition of inflammatory negative cytokine cascades, the reduction of apoptosis, how they recruit macrophages, chemokines, positive cytokines, and other growth factors, stimulation of angiogenesis, etc, etc, that all ultimately support MSB's trials and clinical focus to some degree. Take your pick.

Come on Doc...at least put a little effort and credibility into your dismissals of Remestemcel-L/Revascor. Its an an insult to those very well informed posters who discuss these MOA's on these threads on occassion and enrich the inquisitive scientists in all of us, and should you as a Physician. Have you even read Dr Perin's work I wonder?
