Actually it was Dr Phil Krause who said the CRL was not questioning efficacy.
Given that this was a public statement, that has not been redacted, I can only conclude that the FDA now agrees that the cells work, albeit with potency assay issues to be addressed.
Please educate me on why you consider the FDA agreeing on efficacy in a trial, that met it's primary endpoint. to be magic?
