in vivo and in vitro are not used inappropriately in my view in this post - reg's faith that the IL-2R potency assay wasn't used before though is clearly incorrect as any checking of the MSB submission to ODAC using the wayback machine can make clear - MSB has ALWAYS used both TNFR1 and Il2Ralpha.
JB1975- I am asking questions JB, seeking input from any experts who follow these threads. I thought a different type of potency assay- still using IL2 - but different in some form or other- had been used but then changed to another .
I don't mind being wrong- asking questions- seeking clarification etc.
The query I have - of learned posters - is something from a IL2Ra assay has been presented that led to the FDA and the company changing their course.
You have previously been dismissive of the assay - you are sticking to the same line- the main parties involved have overcome a stumbling block.
