He didn't "describe compassionate use for years as bad behaviour". Kindly show us how you managed to twist that out of what he said.
What he said was that Silviu Itescu has a habit of presenting and often exaggerating whatever cherry picked favourable results he can find and glossing over or not mentioning anything unfavourable because of commercial and other personal motivations. He doesn't unfortunatly tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth... ever. But I think most investors here still overlook it since they are still hoping for salvation from a billion dollars in losses.
