Yeah would have to read up on it, my formal science is decades old. I do get the impression that the apoptosis and local + systemic clearance provides confidence of reduced negative affects vis a vis uncontrolled pluripotent growth subsequent to anti inflammatory effects mediated through downstream cell changes.
Maybe that will be part of a future in vitro potency assay matrix but demonstrated in vitro trilineage pluripotency is seldom manifest in vivo from what I've learnt at the Sandstone University of Youtube etc.
Maybe NP + disc volume positive effects is just mediated via ECM augmentation in an intercellular modulatory mechanism - nice to imagine a future in vivo chondrogenesis role with a robust correlated in vitro potency assay for MSB product though.
