This is very encouraging. Definitely not for window dressing. I used to wonder a bit how you patent your understanding of MoA, which Drs. Itescu and Borow tried doing early last year with heart failure (haven’t tracked whether that application was granted), because to say in court that you “own” the way the heart works when it starts failing sounds like a difficult argument. Method of treatment? Absolutely. This is defensible IP because you invented it.
