The company has shown in its latest announcement that it is way past the stage of waiting for the next meeting confirmation from the FDA and the next utterances of the heads of this and that agency. It is doing work in the trenches and has been since early last year and even further back, at the time when it war-gamed survival strategies in the last quarter of 2023. It has survived 2 administrations so far and who can say it has not now got a clear set of deliverables not only for existing shareholders but for potential third parties who may be interested in the options on the buffet table?
Make up your own minds. Is Dr. Prasad all talk? Will he be able to deliver sensible regulatory outcomes rather than just chest pounding. I am holding my breath, as the latest company announcement gave me cause by way of its specificity, for optimism.
