Although things ‘appear’ to be going well with the FDA for Mesoblast, actions like these demonstrate why global partnership / license deals are now so important - time to expand internationally and reduce our current high (sole) dependence on the USA / FDA …. we simply don’t have the resources (human or financial) to be submitting multiple regulatory applications around the globe for Ryoncil alone, let alone any other indications off the back of (say) a CHF AA
