I don't think cost of production is relevant to the conversation about price SI will be having, imo.
What is relevant is how much in hospital costs does it save American Insurance Companies and the American Government plus how much does it save in dollar terms in stimulus to the American Economy by the American Government.
Cost of production none of their business!
