The "article" is reporting one analyst's expected free cashflow, not revenue. Not sure which analyst, but there is a wide variety of models around. Of the last analyst reports I have seen, Bell Potter is the only one with anything modelled for COVID-19 ARDS, and they have MSB being cashflow positive in FY21 - long before the FY24 of the article.
