Pretty sure that in UAE they are harvesting stem cells from each patient (autologous). Expensive, not a method that generates a product for general market outside of UAE.
Great they are saving lives in UAE and demonstrating the effectiveness of stem cells for COVID ARDS recovery but not a threat - MSB has the method for allogenic production, patents, safety data, and trial progress to deliver to major markets around the world in the short and longer term.
