Im not sure about the formula for reme has changed I would have to look at the patent and see if there was any changes, but it does my head in when trying to read it! The dosage has changed for sure. In phase 2 - 2million cells and 8 million cells per kg were used and phase 3 10million cells. In a public discussion in 2016 which I posted on saturday it seemed to indicate that 10 million cells was the optimal dosage (for ards at least) due to the cells loss you would get from im assuming storage/transit time you would lose about 35-40%.
