I think a lot of people don't understand the serious nature of this disease (GVHD).Think about about having a reaction from side effects of a particular drug.When the immune system reactes then multiply the effect by say a 1000 times.This treatment gives new hope to sufferers and in some cases life saving!Temcell is already paying Mesoblast royalties and as it is a new treatment it takes time to penetrate the market.
