I think this is a very interesting area. Take a look at Reneuron (RENE on the London AIM market). They have a number of JVs with Bio and Pharma companies. Exosomes can cross the blood brain barrier so are a good transport method for carrying drugs to treat brain infections like Huntingdons , cancers etc.....
