Am I right in thinking the split between treated and placebo could go any way seeing as it's randomised?
Yes that's right, so we wouldn't expect an equal 45 split between placebo and treatment arms for the first interim analysis. I don't even expect the interim analysis to consist of precisely 90 patients, i expect us to get a few more than that which is why I don't trust Jessica Amir's report from Bell Direct
