Around 300 Million US Americans and all major EU citizens have health insurance. As long there is no reason of free medicine ( I don't see a reason for all the insured) Mesoblast should charge full money. On the other side, ethically they should be ready to treat needy populations for marginal fee, which is still very profitable in my opinion.
