The real considerations are running water, reliable electricity, reliable cryrogenic distribution and storage, heath care facilities, heath care staff, health care equipment (like ventilators to keep people alive long enough to benefit (see also reliable electricity) etc etc...
None of this is going to be fixed, anytime soon. Percentages of these populations are going to die, that's all that will or can happen this time around.
Maybe in the future freeze dried powdered exosomes will be available..., but not this time around.
And as a LTSH my vote is that we sell as much as we can produce, for as much as we can get, that is the legal responsibility of the directors (to maximize shareholder returns)
