They are a potential rival with claims of being able to manufacture MSCs. The have approval for a stage 1 trial with FDA since mid May 2020.

If you read their site they were mostly involved in cancer "killer" drugs that help cancer drugs attach to cancer cells. The MSC work seems recent and rather opportunistic. Good luck to them as it just reinforces MSC treatments as strong approaches for immunological diseases. I expect that if they are eventually successful (which would appear to be quite some time from now), some interesting conversations around patents will take place.
