@Lopez, I think those words against @Ratfink are completely unfounded about him not being a holder. I don't think any who's not a holder wouldn't take the time to create an entire website dedicated to the discussion on MSB and other undiscovered biotech out there.

I was going to echo @Zenox's words on the Mechanism of Action of Remestemcel-L and how SI very succintly addressed it, as well as any concerns for manufacturing quality in this presentation.

In terms of the Mode of Action of paediatric acute GVHD (and GVHD in general), SI and team have very clearly demonstrated their understanding of it in their presentation.

Think about it. If they did not understand the Mode of Action of GVHD (in terms of the inflammatory pathways), they would not have been able to articulate the Mechanism of Action of Remestemcel-L in addressing the multi-inflammatory pathway, and we probably be back at the drawing board.

The fact that the team was clearly able to demonstrate that they understood the Mode of Action of GVHD and how Remestemcel-L is able, through its Mechanism of Action , tackle the inflammatory pathway, while demonstrating both SAFETY and EFFICACY was testament in the ODAC's 9-1 endorsement.

I thought I'd encourage you @Lopez that we're all here for constructive debate, and not in unsubstantiated down-ramping or finger-pointing because it does nothing to help everyone better understand the science or the regulatory process around getting such an innovation to the wider population.
