Yes I agree @stocksa that compassionate use is available now. But what if the stubborn pro-American drug company focus of the President's doctors means they have a blind spot for MSB's Phase 3 trial? And they need some announcement of MSB's efficacy before going down that route?
Or heaven forbid, maybe it's the stubborn President himself wanting to try out all his mates' advice (I'm sure Mike Lindell of mypillow is trying to call him) that means MSB is off the table.
